All transactions are in pound sterling. Payment for all orders can be taken online by credit/debit cards via our website. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Free Standard Delivery – We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 1-3 working days via ParcelForce. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us via our contact page.
Next Working Day Delivery – Orders can be delivered by Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered by 3PM) at an extra charge of £3.99. Orders sent by express delivery will be dispatched the same working day, and normally arrive within 24 working hours.
Saturday Delivery – Saturday Delivery is £5.95. You must place your order before 15:00 on the proceeding Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched before the following Saturday.
Credit card validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout stage. In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.
Our website is updated on a daily basis and it is our intention to only show you merchandise which is available for immediate dispatch. However, from time to time we may have sold out of an item before we have updated the site. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you within 1 working day of receipt and establish whether you are happy to receive a part order. At this point you have the option of cancelling your order in full or, being refunded for the goods in question along with any related postage costs.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods, with the exception of any made to order items. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order with us, nor will you have to pay any penalty. However you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your order.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
If you cancel your order and we have already processed the goods for delivery you will need to send the goods back to us once received to our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned to us in the condition they were delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered or do not pay the cost of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the costs from the amount being credited to you.
When using the Airomas website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. That you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You have put in place all necessary steps to ensure your password is kept confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately any concerns that your password has become known to anyone or your password is being used without your authorisation.
Please make sure the details you provided are correct and inform us immediately of any changes. You can access and update your information using My Account area of the website.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Airomas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Airomas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Airomas shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
